Three members from Valley Hill Runners enjoyed an evening session at the National Cycling Centre (Manchester Velodrome)on friday night. It is Britain's first indoor olympic cycling track & is regarded as one of the world's finest. A one hour session gives you a great workout & a unique & exhilarating experience.It provided us with a great form of cross training.

 

All three members had a great evening, especially the chips/pint on the way home in Glossop !!
